Dreamstar Ladies Will Fight Until The End In Relegation Battle Vows Emereole


Dreamstar Ladies Captain Juliet Emereole has assured that her team will fight until the end to avoid relegation from the NWFL Premiership.

The Midfielder cum defender played an important role as her side played a 2-2 draw against Ibom Angels on Saturday evening at the mainbowl of the University of Benin Sports Complex.

In an interview with www. after the game, the influential captain called on her teammates to keep the same momentum until the last game and compete better than they did in their first game of the playoffs.

“It was a decent result for us, I must say. Coming back twice against a team like Ibom Angels shows that we all have alot of self determination inside of us.

“We will keep fighting,” We will fight until the last game and ensure we retain our Premiership status.

“It is clearly not going to be an easy task, but staying up is just the reason we are here and it has to be achieved.” She concluded.

Dreamstar Ladies will face Pelican Stars in their second game of the NWFL Premiership relegation Play-offs ongoing in Benin.
