Nasarawa Amazons head coach Christopher Danjuma is fully convinced his side will bounce back from a poor run in their first two matches in the 2021 NWFL Premiership season.
Nasarawa Amazons lost 2-1 at home to Bayelsa Queens on Wednesday in week 2 game of the NWFL Premiership.
It was their second loss at home in the new season having also lost 1-0 to visiting FC Robo in the opening game.
The Falconets manager, while reacting to his team’s recent performance, said he is optimistic and hopeful that his girls will come out stronger as the league continues.
“I’ve never started a season like this, so I believe it’s one aspect of Football in my coaching career that I am learning how to deal with and remain afloat which will turn out to toughen me, makes me bitter and wiser.
“We’re having our own share of struggle at the early stage of the season and we are going to be strong and keep going when others will begin to find their own share of struggle too.”
The ‘Solid Babes’ will travel to the Confluence Stadium on Wednesday to face a Confluence Queens side who also lost away to Sunshine Queens in week two.
